Originally from southern California I relocated and obtained my undergraduate degrees in psychology and criminal justice in 1995 from Athens State University in north Alabama. I attended the University of Tennessee College of Law and graduated in 2001 with honors. After practicing in Chattanooga for one and a half years, I relocated back to Knoxville where I represented hundreds of clients in Chapter 7 & Chapter 13 bankruptcies. I have also represented several Chapter 7 panel trustees. I am a graduate of Max Gardner's Bankruptcy Bootcamp. My promise is to put people first. You will receive competent legal advice as to what's best for you; not me. You will be treated like a person without judgment and with compassion. I believe in standing up for people against abusive creditors, banks and mortgage companies. I can stop the harrassment.
